HI, I'M JOANNA.

From the time I was 16 into my mid-20s I struggled with depression, chronically elevated stress, awful PMS and frequent UTIs. Being in this state led to body dysmorphia and eating disorders.

I went to dozens of traditional healthcare professionals who specialized in nutrition, diet, psychology, psychiatry and fitness. They all provided some support, but the cycles persisted and, being at my wits’ end, I was ready to break them.

This led to me seeking out the answers myself. I studied holistic health at the C.H.E.K Institute, went to dozens of educational workshops and functional health summits, and learned from world-renowned mentors.

I learned that for every problem there is a solution, and most matters can be addressed at a foundational lifestyle level.

I started to implement more lifestyle changes and honored what my body and mind were trying to communicate for so many years, and my symptoms dissipated.
